Arun Mokkal, 28, from Fresno, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2025, when the semi-truck he was driving overturned on westbound Highway 58 near Broome Road between Keene and Tehachapi.
The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., and Mokkal was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kern County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity and reported the fatal crash.
