Steven Tyler Williams dies in fatal Sacramento County solo-vehicle crash
Fatal Sacramento County solo-vehicle crash death of Steven Tyler Williams – Obituary
Steven Tyler Williams, 22, of Galt, tragically passed away following a solo-vehicle crash in south Sacramento County on February 24, 2025. The incident occurred at around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Bruceville and Desmond roads, approximately two miles from the county’s southern boundary.
Williams was driving a 1982 BMW eastbound on Desmond Road when, for reasons still unclear, he braked and veered off the road, striking a metal gate near Bruceville Road. Authorities reported that Williams was not wearing a seatbelt and was alone in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Investigators believe that speed and failure to wear a seatbelt may have contributed to the deadly crash.
