Fatal Philadelphia hit-and-run death of Veronica Herling – Obituary
43-year-old Veronica Herling was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Philadelphia’s Wissinoming section on November 1, 2024.
The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 4800 block of Levick Street when Herling was struck by a speeding vehicle. Security footage captured the impact, and a witness informed police about the circumstances. The driver fled the scene, and authorities have since released an image of a Black Nissan SUV, believed to be involved in the fatal crash.
Police continue to investigate and urge anyone with information to come forward.
