Fatal Clarion County car crash death of Tammy Zacherl – Obituary

Tammy Zacherl, 53, of Lucinda, lost her life in a tragic car crash on Saturday evening in Clarion County. The collision occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on Route 322 in Clarion Township.

According to state police, a vehicle traveling eastbound crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with Zacherl’s vehicle. The impact caused her vehicle to be struck again by another car attempting to stop.

Zacherl, who was driving the westbound vehicle, was killed in the crash. Two others were injured, including the 64-year-old driver of the eastbound car and Zacherl’s 19-year-old passenger.

Authorities are investigating the incident to determine the circumstances leading to the fatal crash.
