Fatal Missoula County crash deaths of Alihn T. Anderson and Brynn A. Courville – Obituary
Alihn T. Anderson, 19, of Columbia Falls, and Brynn A. Courville, 17, of Dixon, lost their lives in a tragic accident near mile marker 5 on U.S. Highway 93 North. The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m. when a southbound semi-truck’s trailer jackknifed, causing the truck to rotate and veer across the double-yellow line.
The semi-truck slid into the path of a GMC Sierra, colliding with the vehicle and resulting in the deaths of both Anderson, the teenage driver, and Courville, his passenger.
The incident is under investigation by the Montana Highway Patrol as authorities work to understand the events leading up to the fatal crash.
