Fatal Spartanburg County car crash death of Bobby Wayne Freeman Jr. – Obituary
A deadly crash in Spartanburg County early Thursday morning claimed the life of 42-year-old Bobby Wayne Freeman Jr. of Spartanburg.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 12:20 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 101 and Apple Valley Road.
Officials reported that a minivan was turning right onto Highway 101 when it was struck by another vehicle.
Freeman, the driver of the second vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the minivan sustained injuries, but their current condition has not been disclosed.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
