Fatal Lanett, Alabama shooting death of Jerome A. Jackson – Obituary
Jerome A. Jackson, 34, of Valley, was killed in a shooting on Valentine’s Day in Lanett, Alabama.
Authorities responded to a call around 8:40 p.m. on Friday regarding a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the 100 block of South 2nd Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Jackson and transported him to East Alabama Medical Center-Lanier, where he was later pronounced dead.
