Robert Castillo Obituary, Death; – A man from Laredo has succumbed to his injuries after a nearly month-long struggle for survival following a motorcycle accident.
Last month, KGNS reported on a single-motorcycle incident that occurred in the 2300 block of Bob Bullock, where emergency responders discovered the victim unresponsive and suffering from multiple injuries. The Webb County Sheriff’s Office later identified the individual as 45-year-old Robert Castillo.
On Sunday, the Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Castillo had passed away after being transported to San Antonio for medical treatment. Preliminary findings from the Laredo Police Department’s investigation, which includes witness accounts, indicated that Castillo had collided with a cement barrier.
The investigation remains ongoing.
