Fatal Columbia house fire death of Ricky Hall – Obituary
Ricky Hall, 65, of Columbia, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim of a fatal house fire on December 13, 2024. The fire occurred at a home on Beaverbrook Road, near Fairfield Road. Columbia firefighters responded to the scene at approximately 11 a.m., where they discovered significant smoke and flames coming from the property. Hall was found in a rear bedroom and was rescued through a window. Despite efforts to save him, he later succumbed to his injuries. Another person in the house suffered only minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, with authorities working alongside the Richland County Fire Marshal’s Office to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
