Fatal Pio Nono Avenue hit-and-run death of Darralynn Jones – Obituary
Darralynn Jones, 30, has been identified as the victim of a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on Pio Nono Avenue in Macon, Georgia, on the evening of December 18, 2024. Deputies responded to the scene near the Rose’s Shopping Center around 10:25 p.m., where they found Jones, who had been struck by an unknown vehicle. She was wearing blue jeans, a gray hoodie, and tie-dye crocs, with a star tattoo on her left wrist.
Jones was transported to the GBI Crime Lab for an autopsy. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers.
