Fatal Carthage crash death of Jose Ochoa – Obituary
Jose Ochoa, 68, of Carthage, was identified as the driver who died in a single-vehicle crash on Sunday morning, according to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. on West 69th Street, when Ochoa, driving a 2011 Volkswagen Routan, experienced a medical emergency and struck two parked cars. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center but later died from his injuries.
Police have confirmed that excessive speed and impairment were not contributing factors to the crash. Authorities are requesting that witnesses contact the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit for further information.
